With a hot yoga background I wasn't sure I'd enjoy the mix of meditation and yoga but Terasa's Mindful Hatha class is brilliant - just the right balance of body and soul. Afterwards I felt really relaxed and focused and will be coming back for more!

Have felt centred and calm following each session (which is novel for me!). Highly recommend.
